A while ago I was invited to review a FREE cheese toastie… Thrilling, right? But I couldn’t go for some reason or other. So when James and I were in Soho, a couple of months back, and rather feeling peckish, we decided to give Melt Room a whirl. James had been before, but this was my first time. And it was goood!

I just went for a classic, but do have a look at what other crazy concoctions they have on the Melt Room menu. There’s mushrooms, tuna, pulled pork, peanut butter and jelly, nutella… etc, etc.

Basically, something to suit both sweet or savoury palates.

I’d almost forgotten about these pics until I spotted an advert for Just Eat this morning on my way to Shoreditch. Melt Room was there staring right back at me… teasingly.

Cheese toasties are a solid comfort food. Fact.

If you fancy grabbing a coffee and trying one of these melted cheese dreamy delights for yourself? Head to Soho.

I admit, this is a bit of a filler post… while I get my act together and finish more drafts from recent travels and food events, but I hope you like it anyway.

Have you been to Melt Room? What did you think? Do you have any other fave simple savoury snacky places in London that I should be checking out? Let me know.
