Lucie Loves... Beauty // What is an Urban massage and why should you book one?

A while back I was offered the chance to review an Urban Massage. It’s been a busy few months and I was struggling to find the time to book one in. However, I’d flagged the email and wasn’t about to say no to some free pampering!

My last massage was during the spa break I took at Summer Solstice, on my road trip to Stonehenge with DS - check out the post if you missed it. I was definitely due another one…

This week – with all of the life, work and blog admin that I was having to juggle post-holiday – it was the perfect opportunity for me to take a proper lunch break and try out the Urban Massage service.

Watch my YouTube video above to see how I got on with my 60 minute Urban Classic massage, done in the comfort of my own London home. Apologies if my vlog game isn’t that polished… I’m very new to this, but thought I’d give it a whirl to see if it cuts down the amount of writing that I have to do for each of my posts. Let me know what you think of this new approach!

If you’re interested in finding out more about the Urban Massage service or want to book one yourself, visit: urbanmassage.com or download the Urban Massage app from the iTunes store or Google Play.

Urban Massage offers a wide variety of treatments is currently available in London, Birmingham, Manchester, Glasgow and Edinburgh.

Prices for a 60 minute massage in London start at £65. There’s also the option of booking a couple’s massage session and paying a little extra for two therapists come and treat you at the same time.

*Disclaimer: My Urban Massage treatment was free of charge, for the purpose of this review – but I am always completely honest in the reviews I give and would not recommend something that I felt wasn’t worth the money.*
