#Triedandtested the new #supporteverymove sports bra from @LovePanache.

When Panache got in touch and asked whether I would like to try out their new sports bra I was one happy lady! I am a big Panache fan. One of my favourite EVER lingerie sets is by Panache, (see the navy blue/purple lace bra in the photos above.) I was keen to see whether their new sports bra would live up to expectations.

I’m an awkward size - 30E, which means that sometimes wearing a small / medium / or large just won’t cut it. To feel confident when running, I like knowing that my assets aren’t jiggling all over the place, and so I’m prepared to invest in some decent running gear.

Having proper support means that not only will I feel super-comfortable during my run or gym workout, but I’m also likely to be able to workout for longer. The science behind the Panache sports bra - which comes in sizes B to H cup - is pretty impressive and says that you actually get 83% less bounce!

I particularly liked how the straps could be clipped together at the back to work under racerback tops. The smooth-moulded cups also give it a t-shirt bra type feel, which means that you don’t get any unsightly lumps and bumps or (what I’ve just coined ‘visible bra line’) VBL - under tight clothing.

The bra costs £35 and is available from the likes of online lingerie stores such as Bravissimo. It’s made out of polyamide polyester elastane - which feels a little like a swimming costume and has a 3-hook fastener on the back.

The colour I’m wearing in the photos is the coral version - although, if you’re not looking for something this bright you can go for one of the more muted versions - choose from cobalt, coral, grey, black or white.

My first run wearing this went well. No jiggle. I felt secure and supported throughout. I would definitely recommend investing in one of these - you’ll wonder how you ever got by without it.

The only issue I had was accidentally choosing 'shuffle’ mode on my iTunes and ending up with a mad combination of Edith Piaf, Beyonce and Bon Iver as my running tracks - NOT something I’d advise. I realised afterwards that I really need high-tempo music to keep me going. Next time I’ll definitely be choosing something with much more bass - Chase & Status, Rudimental or Sub Focus would be much more appropriate.

What are you favourite running tracks? Take a look at some of the ones that Panache Support Every Move fans have chosen.
